Ride ON Bicyles
This Week's Rides

* Thursday 6PM will have an A and B group.  Last week we pushed to 34 miles. These are not no drop rides however, we do re-group in the B.
* Saturday 8AM groups based on turn out and ride leaders.
* Anderson store will have a 15-16 no drop ride.

Monday morning: 5:30 am hill workout with Nova (email for details on location)
Monday evening: 5:30 pm run from On On Tri with Traci

Wednesday morning: 5:30 am Speed/Interval workout with Wendi & Charlie from On On Tri
Wednesday evening: 5:30 pm run from On On Tri with Traci

Saturday morning: 1) 7am long run-with our group growing larger we can offer many pace options;
2) 8am GO Run walk & walk to run program

Location: Tryon Estates Woodlands, 617 Laurel Lake Dr, Columbus, NC

Bi-Lo Charity Ride starts at Bi-Lo (Howell and East North Street in Greenville)
The feature ride is 65 miles and 4900ft of climbing (great training for Mitchell). There will also be a 22, 35 and 50 mile ride.

Camperdown Academy is hosting its 3rd Annual 5K4D - A "Run for Dyslexia”. Enjoy a scenic run on a certified course or slow down the pace and walk Furman University's beautiful campus in our 1 Mile Family Friendly Walk. This is an event the whole family will enjoy!

Reynolds Blue Ridge Classic Bicycle Races in Blowing Rock NC
The three events that make up the Reynolds Blue Ridge Classic are the Lenoir Rotary Club’s Cycle to Serve Challenge 100 kilometer road ride in Lenoir and the Reynolds Blue Ridge Criteriums benefiting the Mountain Alliance in Boone on Saturday May 14, and The Ascent of Reynolds Blue Ridge in Blowing Rock on Sunday May 15. Cyclists in each of the seven skill and age-group categories (Pro/1/2, Cat 3, Cat 4, Cat 5, Masters 40+, Women Pro/1/2/3, and Women Cat 4. Crit will offer a Junior race, but not omni) who complete all three events will be eligible to win almost $3,000 in cash and prizes

Soldier Ride Charlotte NC
Soldier Ride is a WWP initiative that provides rehabilitative cycling opportunities across the country to help wounded warriors restore their physical and emotional well-­being. It’s also a wonderful opportunity for the public to participate in a cycling event that honors the men and women of our military who sacrificed so much. Soldier Ride offers the public a chance to ride alongside as our warriors promote their positive message of recovery. The event raises funds for WWP programs and initiatives that ensure this generation of wounded warriors is the most successful, well-­adjusted generation of wounded warriors in our nation’s history.

Upstate Bocce Bash
Location: Legacy Park across Verdae from Embassy Suites
Teams of four compete on 16 grass courts during the tournament.  The morning competition is round robin play with the highest scoring teams returning after lunch for single elimination play.  Every team is guaranteed at least three games!

* Tempo Runs at Mauldin Middle School every Monday night at 6:30pm
* Track Workouts at Greenville High Track every Wednesday night at 6:00pm

ON THURSDAYS

"Girl's Morning Out" at Carolina Triathlon in downtown Greenville. Gather at 8:45am to pedal promptly at 9am. This is a 30-mile "C" ride hosted every Thursday by GHS EveryWoman Cycling Team and Carolina Triathlon. Road bikes and helmets are required. Everyone is welcome and nobody is left behind.

Normally gets canceled, if rain is in the forecast.
